The Follow up visit 

The Follow up visit comprises a series of functions to help patients and provider gather important information as to the progress of the established treatment plan and make changes to it if necessary. Patients can also schedule follow up visits in between their regularly scheduled monthly follow up visits for appointments to educate family members, questions of established treatment plan, or for re-education purposes. In cases of emergencies, clients are directed to CALL 911 for immediate assistance.
