Welcome to the BOSC Mental Health experience! No, this is not being typed by a bot or by ChatGPT or any other AI entity, lol. It is being written by me, Daniel Frutos your provider in service. BOSC Mental Health is a work of love, a vision, a deepest desire finally materialized. I have been fantasizing about creating an experience for people who have been hurting, longing, thirsting for understanding, knowledge, self exploration and healing. The world is upside down, terror colonizes the tabloids, the people shake from fear. However, there is hope for the lost, broken, and thirsty for truth and for wellness.
I dreamed about an oasis that people could come to and disconnect from reality in order to connect with themselves. I dreamed about a place as magical as the forest, a quiet matrix of self exploration. I dreamed about the "Disney Land" of mental health and a place where everyone across the lifespan could come to and receive excellent care, service and healing. Mental Health has been the black sheep of health care for too long and I have taken it personally. I deeply love and care for people and I hope this endeavor communicates that to you, faithful reader.
For now I will aim to deliver my service as a provider virtually to patients, encompassing evidence based practices learned from books, mentors and deep study in the realms of psychiatry, psychology, eastern medicine and meditative practices. I aim to help heal the body, mind, soul and spirit of those who are in need, serving as a guide: the proverbial Hermit lighting the way in the dark.
What can members do?
For now BOSC Mental Health will be seeing patients virtually with no insurance. As soon as the business begins to grow, we will add insurances and hopefully expand our ability to see more patients and clients.
